Education for a Brighter Tomorrow
In 2024, TIM launched its Educational Assistance Program, providing deserving college students with the opportunity to pursue higher education without financial burden. Through full scholarships covering tuition, miscellaneous fees, and monthly allowances, TIM empowers future leaders to dream bigger and build meaningful careers. 6 full-time scholars are currently under the program, with expansion plans underway to support more promising students from low-income families in the coming years.

Building Access to Learning: Badjao Community Support Project
In 2023, TIM made a lasting contribution to the Badjao Community in Bohol by supporting the development and improvement of their Child Development Center.

✔ Construction of a water bridge to ensure safer and easier access for young learners
✔ Enhancement of the school’s infrastructure and learning spaces
✔ Continuous provision of school supplies and educational materials

This initiative strengthens access to education and promotes long-term learning continuity for generations of Badjao children.

Extending Care Beyond Business: Community Relief & Outreach
TIM consistently extends compassion through various humanitarian and outreach initiatives, ensuring that help reaches those who need it most. Among these are:
